We champion producers like Lacey’s Farm in Buckinghamshire, whose Guernsey milk is non-homogenised so the cream rises to the top, just as it used to. We also stock delicious yoghurt from Tim’s Dairy, made in the heart of the Chiltern Hills by a company that, like us, puts sustainability at its heart.
